In case you receive your slime in a damaged condition or not as described please don’t hesitate to contact us through help@rhino-slime.com and we will see what we can do for you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, due to the shipping fee is expensive for us, if you cancel the order, you need to subsidize the postage to the merchant, hope you can understand this, we have to do that.
